Driftsektion för Systembolagsanställda

DFSA är en fackförening av Systembolagsanställda för Systembolagsanställda. Vi har en plan demokratisk struktur och organiserar oss över hela landet inom fackförbundet SAC Syndikalisterna. Vi är stolta över Systembolagets alkoholpolitiska uppdrag och vill att Systembolaget ska vara en bra och trygg arbetsplats. Det är vi som arbetar ute på butikerna som bäst vet hur arbetet fungerar och en stor del av DFSA:s verksamhet går ut på att formulera problem och lösningar och att i förhandlingar med Systembolagets HK presentera dessa. Det är ett spännande arbete och en viktig möjlighet att faktiskt förändra vår situation ute på arbetsplatserna. Tillsammans gör vi Systembolaget till en bättre arbetsplats! Lyckat möte i Sydafrika enligt vinarbetarnas fack

DFSA fick följande brev från de sydafrikanska vinarbetarnas fackförening Sikhula Sonke efter deras möte med Systembolagets CSR-delegation i Sydafrika i veckan. DFSA är mycket glada över Systembolagets satsning på etiska riktlinjer för underleverantörer och stolta över att ha initierat och samordnat mötet mellan Systembolaget och de berörda arbetarnas fackförening. Sikhula Sonke är en fackförening för lantarbetare i västra kapprovinsen som bildades 2004 och idag har cirka 3800 medlemmar. Många arbetar med att producera de viner vi försäljare i DFSA säljer i våra Systembolagsbutiker varje dag.


Dear DFSA

We want to thank you for the opportunity you made possible for us to meet with Systembolaget. A lot of positive discussions came out at the meeting and the director of Delheim (Nora Sperling-Thiel) have met with me to talk about ways to deal with the issues that was published in the Danish magazine. And some of the issues are already been taken care of. We are still waiting for answer on the other matters. We are also meeting with the director of Delheim some time this week where we will get back to you and inform you about the meeting.

We want to thank you comrades for joining with us in solidarity to fight the oppression and the violating of human rights on farms and around the globe. We believe that an injury to one is an injury to all and you comrades have just shown us how true that is.

So we SALUTE you our friends and comrades. It is good to know that comrades out there are watching our back.
